How do i change what does it say under my name ?
As well when do the medal get handed ? Automatically or i need to ask for it ?

The Awards Team must look out for the medals/ribbon, but they do not always pick it up immediately. Just be patient a bit.
To change the "New Vaper" go to your name top right, click on Personal Preferences and under Custom Title fill in what you want there. Save at the bottom and done.
