    Good day @BLING

    I hope you are well.

    My post here is on behalf of a friend of mine who will be a first time vaper upon receiving his device ordered from you.

    I feel let down by your company because it is attitudes such as yours that casts shadows and doubts on our otherwise thriving community.

    It has been a couple of days since making his first ever purchase, and he has not received a single response to any of his mails sent to you, besides the one confirming his purchase. Why has he not been responded to

    Please respond to this post as evidence that you are not a scam, and at the very least as my title suggests. I suggest that you get in contact with your client immediately, otherwise he will be forced to open a dispute with PayPal.

    Unless I'm grossly mistaken, @Melis is just a regular user., just happened to be the one that first raised the question of purchasing from BlingSA... don't see what she could do to help.

    At best, @BLING might be the correct account to tag.

    The thread on Bling SA seems to be page after page of happy customers. IMHO I doubt it is a "scam".

    I agree as well.

    Which is why i recommended them to a new vaper, but now he is getting bad service, so i feel let down...

    I know how you feel. I have also been let down by vape shops. IMO it would perhaps have been preferable to use words like "scam" only after it has been established. I hope your friend's issue is resolved to his satisfaction.

    I have ordered from China and it never takes that long to ship, nor do they ever take nearly a week to respond after the purchase.
    -the longest delay normally occurs in SA lol...

    The fact that it has not been shipped yet is cause for alarm in any situation, especially due to the information on shipping provided on their website.

    I am not a fan of companies promising certain things and not delivering on them. This is worse when you consider that they have not yet informed him of any situation regarding a delay, or even bothered to reply to his mails.

    Yes, maybe scam is a harsh word, but in this circumstance it was used to illicit a certain response, and justified based on the service he was provided.

    Oddly enough, they responded a few minutes ago to his mail, but still have not given him a tracking number, so it has not yet been shipped.

    Also note that his device was not listed under pre-order, and hence it does not fall under that category.

    I placed an order on the 21st May, also just received a confirmation email and nothing else, can't really fault them as it does state 15-60 days delivery time, my order doesn't consist of anything that's on pre order so I'll contact them ina couple days if I still don't hear anything, their prices are great but I truly don't know if it's worth the wait

    You state that the order was placed on the 26th. Most of their orders take 2 weeks and up. Just take a look at the turn around of your order.

    Not my order sir. My main concern, is not responding to the client's mails within a respectable time.

    They have been unreachable before I posted here, hence my request.

    It's a bit harsh to escalate to these measures. I've only received great service. Deliveries take UP TO 60 days, and it take around 1-4 days to get a response.. From my experience, I generally get a response during the night, but I waited 2 weeks before inquiring about my order. Just place it and wait.. If the address is correct then you got little to worry about

    I understand that most of you are upset, for reasons unbeknownst to me, but in any business or professional standard, taking nearly a week to respond to a client's email is poor/bad service, regardless.

    I did not outright say that they are scam artists, i was merely pointing out that failure to respond within an reasonably acceptable time, seems shady.

    In any case, they eventually responded to Richard after this post was created, which was the aim of the thread. Problem Solved.

    I understand that when ordering items from China does take a really long time. That was not the problem, the guy just wanted some feedback. He never owned a device or bought any device at all, and is not anywhere near any city bowl where vape supplies are easily accessible to him.

    A response to his request in a respectable time would helped for piece of mind sake. Obviously, when that was not happening, i think its understandable for a person in his situation to become a bit stressed.

    Ecigssa gives us a great platform on which to call on support of others and receive the help we need during times like these.

    So where i may have come across as being harsh, it was only an attempt to demonstrate the way their unprofessional behavior affected their client.

    I also recently ordered from them and they just email you to confirm your order.

    I received another one after emailing them to request feedback on when it will be sent. This was their response:

    Thank you for the good feedback, Your order #@@@#@ is in our warehouse in Australia and our staff is busy setting up your box to be sent out to South Africa,
    We will let you know as soon as your products are in South Africa at our sorting facility.
    As soon as we have inspected to make sure the order is packed with all your items we send you a tracking number for delivery by South Africa's fastest courier (The Courier Guy)

    From what I understand and from previous threads, they only provide a tracking number once the package is in SA.

    They limit communication I will admit that but they seem to deliver so fast compared to other international stores so i am waiting in anticipation. So all in all I am very pleased with Blingsa.

    Hope your buddy gets his package sooner rather than later.

    Hi.

    I have ordered from bling because I have seen many users happy with their service.
    It does say 10 - 60 days to recieve your item. Being a vaper I could not wait so I decided to mail them and I only got a response back in a couple of days. I was unhappy that I didn't get a reply immediately but my unhappiness has all gone after they have given me $20 free to spend on their website
    They def not a scam company and they do let us know ahead of time that it will take long. It depends what his email was about. If it's only for an ETA mayb he should just give them some time.

    I hope your issue gets resolved.

    Just remember that they may have hundreds of queries to attend to per day so sometimes it can take a while to sift through and respond to each email personally and individually.

    One needs to be patient and if not responded to within a week, send another email or just call them.
