So I am about to buy my 3rd DIY mixing scale. Like shoes, these things do not seem to last with me. However I am hoping that as the same with shoes, if I spend a bit more and get something decent, it will last a while longer. That being said, which one should I get? The requirement is it should do a minimum of 500gr and with a precision of 0.01gr. There are quite a number of ones out there, most need to be imported it seems but I can wait seeing as I am getting my 3rd one now so I have a few months, but also if a decent one comes at a decent price, it means I have a few months to save up for something. The two I have had are: And then most recently: I have read good things about the My Weigh Durascale, but its 0.01 precision scales only go up to 300gr and its 660gr scale only has a precision of 0.1gr. Anyone out there that has had a scale that lasted them a long time?
