I don't know if these would be Micro Coils. 1.5mm ID.

20210820_192630.jpg 20210820_192550.jpg I took a few screenshots from a video by a coil builder on Facebook. 1.5mm ID coils for pod devices. The name of the coil maker is on the top of the one picture. He started a group on Facebook called Vaper Nation.

Yes mate, usually micro coils are simple round wire rather than so integrate but there is nothing scientific about it the micro simply means tiny so by definition these are micro coils!

In fact at 1.5ID these are super micro coils, be like threading a needle getting cotton through, lol!:monoloco:

I have done that. Needle is the best way to wick it but the issue is the cotton burns so it's better to lay cotton over the coil if it has such a small ID.

I've been experimenting with 1, 1.5 and 2mm 26 and 28G plain wire coils in MTL tanks recently, and ... so far so good ... 2mm seem to be optimum WRT longevity, with magic flavour! :inlove:

I used to refer to 1mm and 1.5mm as micro coils. Just not a lot of room for cotton through there... Let me check if I can find a very old thread of mine. If you ever come across a three post dripper and feel like playing
