So I had a parcel incoming from MBV since November last year and thanks to SAPO and their striking nature this never arrived. So I eventually sent MBV a mail to just mention I never actually received the parcel, and if they just by some chance received it back as returned to sender. The answer was no.... BUT.... "send me confirmation of your address and we will gladly resend, free of charge". Now that is service!! A serious big hats off to the MBV team.
