I placed an order on Monday .. have not heard from courier .. any idea where the order is ?

Yes, it is. But it is for the discussion of different concentrates. Not for orders. For that you can either PM the vendor or post in that Vendor's forum. Presuming we are talking about a supporting vendor.

The vendor has VERY graciously offered a suitable resolution to this matter.
If a mod could delete this entire thread I would be most thankful.
Tbh, you really need to email them before posting to the forum. Dealing with transporters is a nightmare, and they rarely treat anyone's package with care...

We as the Admin & Mod team try not to interfere inside a vendor's subforum unless there is a breach of broader forum policies or principles.
I can assist to delete this thread but only if @Momo121 wants us to. It is his subforum so he must decide.
I do however think that this thread is a good demonstation of how a vendor can recover from a situation and earn trust with customers as @Andre pointed out above.
