So if you have rsvp'ed then when you get to the entrance you will find all the forum name tags in alphabetical order and our staff will help you to get it on.

This year we have opted for the magnetic tags so just remove the back of the magnet and put it inside your shirt or jacket with the tag outside and it will stay on the whole day!

The magnets are very strong so its probably best to keep them a bit away from your cellphone or credit card.

If you have RSVP'ed late and your name tag is not at the entrance you can go to the ECIGSSA/VapeCon stand and they will check the RSVP list and make a forum name tag for you.

It's going to be great to see so many forum members again!

Oh, and one more important thing, many of the giveaway prizes (throughout the day) will only be handed out if your forum name tag is on! So keep it on for the duration of the event.

I was just thinking... Us Durbanites complain bitterly when JHB descends upon us for Christmas holidays, and yet you guys have been so welcoming with this... Good on you for not stooping to our level!

Nobody would moan about the vendors, as they usually come bearing gifts, specials, and other wonders...
For the rest of the 'imports', I cannot vouch about what is being whispered in the halls and corridors, or behind closed doors. :ANGEL:

All I can say is we are only expecting a select few individuals, not half of Durban, AND VapeCon at least have very decent pricing associated with it, not inflated 'holiday rates' to exploit the visitors.

The only thing we'll be exploiting to the max, is your manual labour skills
