Gadget Fundi Awesome service

So I got myself a Double Barrel v3 at Vapecon

These guys had awesome deals on all their stuff btw!

Came home and realised the 510 mod guards thats supposed to come with it weren't in the box

Popped @Gino (Gadget Fundi) a msg he then put me in touch with Yusuf and he was quick and efficient in sending them down aaaallllll the way from durbz
No Excuses no messing around

I agree - their service is outstanding. I Whatsapped @Gino (Gadget Fundi) today and he replied immediately - even though he was on a plane on the way to China!!

Further comments about Gadget Fundi. Some items which I had ordered were not sent to me. I contacted Yusuf and he immediately packed them for me, and they're on their way, without shipping charges.

Things do go wrong sometimes with any vendor. No-one is perfect and mistakes happen. It's how the vendor handles the situation which is important. In my case, the problem was dealt with immediately and efficiently.

I've found that both Gino @Gino (Gadget Fundi) and Yusuf are very efficient and helpful and I would recommend Gadget Fundi to anyone.
