Group Buy - DNA75/250/75c/250C Replacement Screens

I checked with The Vape Den and was told that they don't know if and when they will be getting stock, so anyone? Even a busted mod with intact screen will do.....

I'm in the same boat. I wish there was more demand for the screens so that more shops would stock it.

Hmmm....maybe we should see who else needs a screen and do a group buy?

The screen is 12USD direct from Evolv, but their international shipping is via USPS (i.e. snail mail) at a flat rate of 37USD!!!! So, if only buying one or two screens and opting for snail mail, it's actually cheaper to buy from other overseas vape shops.

I have been looking at Mod Maker, their shipping is $66 with DHL. Maybe if we get about 8 others it would be worth a shot

I am in for a 250C replacement screen as well up until Vape Den gets restocked as well.

Looks like it might be worthwhile doing a group buy?

Yes .. Used them a few times last 2 years. On the 1st occasion items arrived here in 2 days from Switzerland. Second parcel from Canada was here in quick time as well . However, the last attempt in September this year from Canada , took a bit longer than expected ... Service is generally good although I must admit that DHL is a tad bitter with communication etc....

The only courier service offered on evolvs website is ups. I emailed them about DHL but no response.

For 6 DNA250c screens (2 for AZAM-ZN) shipped via UPS, the order itself looks like this:


On top of this, there's the 15% vat and hopefully no other customs duties to consider, as well as any local shipping involved.
What you guys think?

So currently including VAT but excluding any possible duties and local courier is R2011.70. This prices each screen at R335.28, compensating with some headroom for any additional costs should bring the price to around R600 per screen which isn't bad at all? What you say guys

Duties and Shipping might amount to about R150 to R250, thus the total amount. It's a shame Vapours Den is sold out at their retail price but that excluded installation as well. I'm expecting most of us to be installing these new screens ourselves.

I'm hoping the screens will land in Durban so I can save on the local shipping .
The installation is easy. Just make sure you have a decent T5 torx screwdriver.

Hmmm....ok, there's virtually no difference in cost between doing this ourselves vs doing it via Scott's Shipping. Where do the screens ship to in the quote?

I assume ultimately to whoever bought it, I originally asked for 5 individual destinations, but I think that part got lost when I reminded them after of the quote after the holidays.

I have a DNA 250 screen, (see below), if anyone needs / wants it ... the pcb is unfortunately damaged, however I'm sure the screen is still OK.

I believe that's the 250 (not color) screen?
