Sir Vape - Retailer Reviews

Ordered some 1.0 Ohm pods for a friends Lost Vape Orion Q last week Friday with some other stuff.
Order was delivered on Monday with 0.5 Ohm pods for the DNA Orion :confused:

Contacted Sirvape and within 30min the new pods were ready to be send to me and the old once collected.

Just had a similar experience in terms of amending an issue that was user error on my part (new 0.8 ohm pods threw me for a loop and I was actually looking to get the 0.25 pods )and I can’t say I’m even surprised anymore . Sir vape is on top of the customer service aspect of retail and it’s the absolute number 1 reason why whenever I need new gear , juice , cotton , hair ties or ice straight from Antarctica I go straight to them!

Alas, Sir Vape used to be my go to online vendor for many years. Never had a hiccup, not a one. After my recent order I feel like they are starting to drop the ball a bit. I ordered over the long weekend, fully expecting my parcel to be shipped out on Tuesday and received on Wednesday, as I always have. This time however I got an email stating that tracking numbers only become active at 7pm on the day of shipping. Found it very weird, as I had also bought something from a forum member, who also shipped on Tuesday and the tracking number was active at 10am. When the Sir Vape tracking number finally became active it showed that my package was only collected from them at 5pm. This ended up with my package from a private seller arriving on Wednesday, while theirs only showed up late Thursday afternoon. Never, in all the time I've ordered from you did a package take this long to be delivered. Perhaps you should follow up with TCG, but both packages were sent through them, so I don't think the problem lies with them.

I will think twice before clicking that "add to cart" button on your site from now on, especially with so many new vendors available to choose from.

Hi, Would you be so kind as to email me your order number so that I can check up to see what might have caused the delay? 100 000 plus packages sent to date and although we try our hardest to be as efficient as possible sometimes things do happen to cause delays. I am not making an excuse I am merely stating that we are also human. But please email me your order number on craig@sirvape.co.za referencing the eciggssa post and I will look into why there was a delay. Thank you for your patronage thus far.

So, with Black Friday and the fact that some items I wanted were only in stock at Sir Vape, I decided to give them another shot. This time expecting to wait longer because they'd probably be flooded with orders etc. Waited up until 12am for the site to open on the Black Friday specials and by 12:10 I had checked out. This time I was surprised. Pleasantly. Even with a mix-up where I got a message from TCG saying "mis-routed" after my parcel reached Jhb, I got my parcel today (Monday afternoon).

I ordered my Pulse AOI from Sir Vape along with the kits to customise it, i received my order promptly, as has always been the case when dealing with Sir Vape, however, this time an item wasn't sent...
I picked up the phone, spoke to whom I'm told was James, (my apologies, cos I couldn't even remember even after speaking to him), I explained that there was an item short, and calmly he apologised and told me it will be sent out right away and I will receive it on Monday.
Not once was I asked for an order number, my name or anything, so I assume that they picked up my details from caller id.

Well today is Monday, and I have the parcel already!
Mistakes happen, but the way it was dealt with and the efficency of the staff at Sir Vape is what changes the whole experience!

When I received the email from Sir Vape saying the item has been booked for courier etc, I thought myself, "This is why I go back, and why I will continue to support Sir Vape!"

To Sir Vape and the staff, keep it up guys, it has always been a pleasure dealing with you guys(and gals), from my very 1st order from you roughly 6yrs ago to now, the attitude and customer service has always been of the highest level.

Hi, please email me directly on craig@sirvape.co.za need to check to see if there is an issue with emails coming through. I highly doubt we will be getting again though
 
Just some positive feedback here. As you may have seen in earlier posts I had some gripes with the Sirs, but @BigGuy sorted me out big time with testing email deliveries etc. and my last two purchases from them went really smoothly and in very good time as well! Even the one done over a weekend again. Love the variety in your store, keep it up!

Thank you for the feedback, yeah most people who know me personally know that I say it as it is, and yeah although we try and get it right all the time there is still the human factor involved in any business both big and small, New staff, staff having a bad day due to whatever reason or just some dumb luck. But we will always make it right at the SIR's if it is a legitimate problem. Sometimes people forget we are also human, and new staff has to make mistakes to learn from them.
