    Braai Check

Potjie on Mother's day South Africa 10th May 2026. A Potjie is a very traditional way of cooking originating with the South African Pioneers that even went as fat as Rhodesia. The one I used is a three legged pot. I did an Oxtail Potjie with sautéd onions, tomatoes, Patti Pans, baby marrows...

    Unicorn Drip Tips

Vape Mail. Unicorn Drip Tips from Bearded Viking. They fit nicely but no grove for an "O" Ring. Not really an issue. It's the only drip tip shape I like so use it in other brands of RTA's.

    Classic Wet Shaving

Did my first shave. No nicks or cuts, but had to go over in three directions like my twin blade so no real advantage. I'll use the blades I bought and then revert to my twin blade.

    Classic Wet Shaving

Thanks Rob. Sorry for the delayed reply. No power for almost 19 hours and was saving my phone battery. I started with the old fashioned "T" type saftey razor but jeepers they were lethal. The corners always nicked you. I still have a Gillette chassis. Maybe I must give it a try again. Thanks for...

    Classic Wet Shaving

Hi. I'm 69 years old. I've always been curious about shaving with a straight razor or cut throat. Is it a hard technique to learn? My facial hair and neck and chin hair seems to grow out in multiple directions and I have to re-shave every time I shave in two directions. Would a cut throat be the...

What's in your hand right now?

Vaporesso Gen 200 and Zeus Dual Coil RTA. Prefer the Vaporesso Gen 2 personally. Suits my hand size better and has some features I prefer.
