Why did I even bother confirming stock online with an agent and then in store with a representative is beyond my comprehension at this stage. Seriously, are you guys using stock management systems from the 1930? The claim of being the biggest vape chain in this country is seriously misleading especially if you cant get stock right. I also want to point out that the guys told me its a warranty claim unit and they are waiting for spare parts before they can sell the unit. Were the guys going to sell me a 2nd hand unit disguised as new because it had a warranty claim while I pay full price? If I were to rate you from one to ten, one being poor and ten excellent and also taking my past experience into account I would give you a three and that's only because your staff answer the phone.
