We will be changing our shipping policies effective 2 January 2020 to accommodate the rising courier costs.
As always we try to absorb as much of the inflationary pressures as we can and offer the customer as much as we can, so it will not just be an increase in rates but also an improvement in shipping options for the customer.
Our new rates will be finalised before 2 Jan and posted on our website, we will keep them as low as possible.
In order to improve our delivery options we are changing our cutoff time for order fulfillment from 12 noon to 08:30 am from 2 Jan.
This will enable us to offer same day delivery to the Johannesburg/Pretoria areas and overnight delivery to other major centers.
