I emailed Avacare with a whole lot of questions about VG/PG and which e-liquid to use in which device. I have an iJust Start and I've ordered an iJust S from them and a few e-liquids. I also attached a spreadsheet in which I listed the various VG/PG ratios which I have in stock, so that they could tell me which to use where. They replied giving me information and links to articles and they filled in my spreadsheet too. All of this in spite of the fact that only one of my devices and some of my e-liquids were purchased elsewhere. It's this kind of service that creates brand loyalty.
