ECIGSSA Guidelines for supporting vendors

Please abide by the following guidelines:

1. Remain active and responsive on your sub-forum at all times.

2. No punting , promoting or discussion of your products or services in the public forums. Whether of your own accord or as a result of being asked by a member. In your dedicated subforum, you can punt and promote as much as you like.

• The only exception to this is in the "Who has stock" sub-forum, where you can respond to a particular member's request for stock.
• Note that posting pictures in the general threads of the products you sell is considered promoting.
• If a member asks you for a product/service response in a public thread, rather PM the member or start a thread in your sub-forum and tag the member concerned. Do not respond to product or service requests on the general forum.
• We do not allow market research in the general forums. If you want to conduct market research for commercial purposes, please conduct it in your vendor subforum.

3. Signatures

• Supporting vendors are to use text-based signatures of reasonable length to share business information
• No graphic banners related to your business are allowed
• You may use a plain looking unbranded smoke-free counter banner. However, it cannot in any way be related to your business. Total graphics used may not exceed 493 (W) by 100 (H) pixels.

4. Take part in the community spirit on the forum.

5. Remain honest and accountable. Display integrity in your dealings with ECIGSSA forum members.

The guidelines above have been posted so that all members can appreciate what the supporting vendors have signed up for.

Also, the Admin @ Mods team have decided that the guideline on Signatures will be applied to both supporting vendors and members.
