Hay ladies and gents

A mate got a new mod and tried to change the UI.
now its stuck at updating.
Have tried the usual fire + Voltage + button but no luck.

Does anyone by any chance have firmware so that i could try re-flash it?

Howzit guys,

I got the same issue. I was just doing an update via the app which failed and the device is stuck on updating. Very stupid if you ask me. It should roll back if it fails since you can't do anything else.

Anyway, according to threads on Reddit, Vandy Vape sent customers a zip file with instructions to fix this. I've requested via the app, e-mail, and Facebook from them with no response. Not the best service.

Does anyone here have this file to send to me please and the instructions on how to load?
