Position: Key Account Manager We are looking to hire an experienced Key Account Manager to create and maintain solid relationships with potential clients. To be successful as a Key Account Manager, you should be able to analyze data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies. Ultimately, an exceptional Key Account Manager should be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided. We're looking for individuals: with relative sales and retail experience; with relevant vaping experience; who are energetic and quick on their feet; who are eager to learn and capable of making informed decisions; preferably with an established network and experience within the South African vaping industry; with access to their own vehicle; with preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales or related field; with proven experience in key account management; who are proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as understand CRM software; who have the ability to build rapport with key clients; who have the ability to handle multiple client accounts; who have strong negotiation and leadership skills; who have exceptional customer service skills; and who have excellent communication skills. Key Account Manager Requirements: On boarding and servicing of new clients. Nurture solid and sustainable relationships with key clients. Implement strategic solutions to achieve revenue objectives. Growing of the company’s revenue. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company. Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints. Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams. Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met. Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders. Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions. Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals.
