Ahhhh! I'm trying to start a thread elsewhere but I can't seem to unglue myself from this one..... nail-biting stuff indeed
And finally the auction draws to a close, so far the leading bid is from @Gizmo with R3250!
Here is how the hammer will fall,
At 8:58, I will announce "going once", followed by a one minute break
At 8:59, I will announce "going twice", again followed by a one minute break.
At 9:00, it will be "Sold"
That gives participants two minutes to decide.
IF a bid is made after the count down starts the clock will be reset and I will again follow the sequence above starting with "Going once"
