Devices fail, and in a group buy there is always the question what if this happens
I will handle all the RMA and repairs that must be send back to the company, if the item was bough through me, just a few things
1. Item in question must be returned to me in its original box with all the accessories
2. I dont keep stock so the item will be send to the manufacturer for repairs or RMA
3. Be patient please, i will send the item via Air mail and should reach them in two weeks or so
4. If you need your item back faster it will be on your cost
I will try my best to make this as smooth as possible but please just work with me, i have done a few RMA's and they will try their best to blame the fault on the user, i know what they want
