Kanthal. NiChrome and Nickel can be used in TC where as Kanthal can only be TC'd on the Hohm Slice.

Too many, I know of the SM 22 in gold as well as a TFV8, TFV8 Baby Beast and TFV8 Big Baby beast, Goon 24 RDA, Recoil RDA and a lot more.
Gold is becoming a very popular colour in general (gold phones, gold vape products and so forth).
