I have a original Khalil Mahmoon Hookah
Its has a little crack on the pear (yellow ceramic ornament)
I bought it like that at the beginning of the year
Want to get anything of R500 and up (i paid R1200)
I smoked out of it twice and then stoped smoking hookah so i dont use it any more.

Its a hand made Hookah from Egypt
Can't find them easily quite rare

Yeah compaired to the normal China Hookas we get in SA its like inhaling clouds of rainbows... if that makes any sence.
the draw is nice and open aswell

I have a few of them. Best hookahs other than the small run luxury hookahs which i have 2 of. Smoke awesomely with crown hookah bowls

I use to smoke oka for 15 years before I started vaping just about 3 to 4 years ago. I have never looked back and don't think I will ever enjoy it as much as I enjoy vaping. Takes me on a trip down memory lane looking at these pictures lol. GLWS

I've smoked hookah for almost 4 years, and I have seen many custom designed hookahs but this is a very beautiful hookah, if I was you I will keep it as a decoration.
