Before selling the Zeus, give it another chance lol.
Try using a 2.5mm ID coil, then give the wicks a comb out, and make sure the cotton isn't stuffed down the well. Cut the cotton short enough so that it basically just sits in the top rim of the juice wells.

@goki , i tried you method and im still not getting flavour,( See pics attached) it is either muted or dry hits. Using cotton bacon prime.
Im giving up on this one and going back to my hadaly and wasp.

Cotton Prime is your problem.

Had the same issue using Prime. V2 FTW

That still looks like too much cotton for that tank. I really want to give both the single and dual a shot to see if I can get it right.

i tried various, 2.5mm, 3.0mm kanthal, SS, Nichrome. just dont have the patients to play around. It must just work.
