Often the problem with vaping and smoking is not the substance per se, but usage of any substance and lack of healthy living, which includes exercise and positive eating habits, all balanced with regular medical check ups.

Initially l felt like l was undoing the benefits of education from my vaping days, but l now appreciate that lifestyle and healthy living can virtually allow you to eat, drink and smoke virtually anything, as long as healthy practice is observed.
