Luckily i did not have that issue, apparently indian skin shrinks faster. The mistake i did make was lose a lot of muscle mass, lesson learnt on that one.

I lost 40KGs the fastest in the circle of people that embarked on the journey together, snacks being, Vape, water and black coffee. That being said, no matter what you will not lose more then 2-2,5 KG a month.
