Do you shake it for two minutes before using it? And when you shake do they mean before mixing or before I use the mix?

Hi everyone, I recently decided I wanted to get some new drip tips, I wanted to order from fasttech but it won’t give me a shipping option. Anyone else had this happen to them?

I got in touch and they told me I’d have it a few days ago, that was a lie. I haven’t been able to get through again.
