    Hi. I am making my own flavors. I am selling it to my friends and Im doing really good. Are their any legal requirements if I want to start selling to the public with the nicotine?     Hi, just order, pay with credit card or paypal and be prepared to wait around 6 weeks. Customs and import duties vary a lot and i cannot give you specific figures, but it's cheap. For an order of $87 i paid about R60 when i fetched it at the post office. No door to door courier unless you go with DHL or EMS, but they're expensive
