70%VG and 30%PG. Definitely 70VG/30PG. A 30VG/70PG ratio juice may even make a pod leak as PG is much thinner than VG. Interestingly enough, most people I speak to ask about "PG VG ratios" but when expressed, VG ratio is always mentioned first, e.g. "70/30".
