Went swimming costume shopping during the week. My 10y old tells me "It doesn't matter what shorts you choose Dad, your tummy will cover it anyway". I can't even smack him because he's telling the truth.

I finally got to watch it. It's a bit slow to my liking. But all the Star Wars and Marvel series tend to be slow in the beginning then end with a bang. And this one I get the feeling is building up to a big one. You get the "Rogue One" feeling throughout the series, and that is good...

I tried to have a conversation with those geeks and got called a woke liberal. Whatever they want to call me, at I enjoy my television entertainment without getting offended.

I never could get into GoT. I think I got halfway through the second season and got bored.

I'm really enjoying it so far. The story is good, the acting is good, dialog can do with some work. It's not as good as the movies, and I never expected it to be. And if you are a hardcore Tolkien supergeek there will be some inconsistencies that might be irritating. But overall I'm enjoying...
