@Clouder . Excellent guide:rock: , covered all the requirements. I'm sure this will help anyone having an issue with the mutation rta . I build my tank the exact same way now & haven't experienced leaking/dry hits since
PS : You've also motivated me to put together a guide on how to rotate...
As with the others , I've also only experienced positives . On the treadmill I can now run longer & with more intensity. Mind you I still smoke one cig in the mornings. Back when I was on 2 packs a day , a simple head cold would cause my chest to be tight & wheezy for 3+ weeks . Now I cant even...
I've come across a few vendor sites that recommend steeping their juices.
I noticed this first hand when I bought a bottle of VM4 . Didn't taste right the first time but after forgetting it in the cupboard for a few days the weird taste was gone
Hahaha , too true @Clouds4Days .
At least now I can breathe well after a walk or run. Previously while on a treadmill(@ walking pace) it was either talk or breathe. I envied people who could do both:D
Believe me I tried searching youtube videos when I got this tank but the guys never really went too in depth on the wicking part.
It was actually thanks to your's & @shaunnadan 's assistance that I didn't end up smashing this thing with a hammer:D
Pleasure bro . Hope it works for you
From what I've read , it indeed seems to be due to pressure build up.
For the wicking , I just make sure cotton on the side juice channels stick out higher that the threads , meaning when your closing the cap its a very tight fit , almost as if you are...
To impress the ladies when I exhale;)
Seriously though , started vaping just to save money . Still vaping cos I love it , despite the fact I'm more broke than ever
I've tried this method & haven't experienced a leak since.
Fill your tank with the airflow closed. Once filled , place the top cap on so that its in by one thread. Immediately turn it upside down & start closing the cap the rest of the way. Once closed , open the airflow full(while still upside...
Thanks @Silver , unfortunately that's how I've been doing it for a while now but those magnets are the devil:D.
I actually started using this method a while back after reading your previous post when you got your RX lol
24 on the Evod so it doesnt really pack that much of a punch. I'd never be ballsy enough to try that on the tank though.
Regarding the palpitations , they only started when I got my first mod(subox) . Being a bit (alot actually) on the heavy side , the first time I got the palps I assumed it...
18 on the RTA / 24 on the Evod
Might be dropping it soon though , been getting heavy palpitations recently so I'm assuming its nic related. Aah the joys of old age
If it doesn't happen too often I wouldn't worry about it .
Strange though as I'm always vaping while doing my hobby work & my hands get covered in all types of dust , steel/wood/ cement & never had them creep into the tanks nooks & crannies
Can you feel any gritty particles on your fingers when you use the tank?
Never used an OBS before , does the airflow control slot into the next setting or is it a frictionless motion. If it slots into place then its possible that like the subtank mini , it has little balls(bearings) in the AFC...
Sweet build @Wash . When you test fired the coil was it heating up evenly. I see your wraps are quite spaced out & I could never achieve an even heat distribution unless mine were squeezed tight
