Hi @Tukey_Sandwish I assume that you mean selling DIY juice on a small scale? (as it is clearly 'legal' to sell e-liquid in general. S.A. might be subject to more regulations soon, but not as yet. There's also no obligatory certification / standards required, but most juice manufacturers...
