Hey man. I have a Squonker. its not mech, but the buttons to ajust the wattage do not work so it is stuck at the wattage it is set to without the ability to change that. the internals work fine if you are interested though.

my attempt is very different. batteries will be hot swaopable, so I jsut cary a fully charged set. battery door will be a manget attached side panel kind of like the Lost vape Centaurus box mod. PCD will be in line wiht the batteries so closer in set up to the C frame mods. your design is...

why not just cast solid epoxy exactly the way you want it and machine it into a face plate? I saw on the finished product in the other thread so I understand what you did with the screen portion is just cast, question is why not just cast the face plate, machine it, then cast the "screen" back in?
