Hii guys my minikin v1 charger port broke can't it be fixed ? If it can where in Cape Town can it be fixed ??

Put my batterys in and vape got warm so took batts out then one wrap was broken and now my series plate doesn't want to work and switched to parallel mode and it worked when battery was flat took it out to put on charge and only one was flat and the other one was full any help please ??
