Comments: Perfect condition, all original stuff included. DNA75 chip, also have 3x spare sleeves (the mod never came with sleeves). Note this is the Nano - so it uses 1x 18650, the normal VT75 uses 1x26650 (and 1x18650 if you use the sleeve)
