Quick question , was this device opened at all ? Looks like the top allen key screw is a bit stripped ?

Was bought from a trusted person off the forum and highly doubt the device has been opened. Had a 25mm atty on for a short period and that perhaps just took off some of the paint that makes it seem as if it was opened.
