We really sorry about the service you received.We do not process orders on Sunday .We were celebrating Eid on Monday and our store was shut so unfortunately no orders could go off.We did send it off on Tuesday morning.We do apologise for the delay.Hope you understand our situation in that regard.

With regards to your issue about contacting us for your tracking number we pay Dawnwing a monthly premium to ensure that each of our customers receive sms notifications constantly to be able to follow through on their package movements.It obviously that this did not happen.We could fight with Dawnwing and make fancy comments but it will get us nowhere.The best we can do is get them to resolve the problem and move on.

With regards to the colour of the deck it is obviously an oversight on the part of our staff.Hence the reason for them not adding colour options.Silver images should not have been added to the site.All of them we've received so far have had gold decks.Majority of the RDA is PEI and from the top all appear to be the same colour (on the face of it).I have asked them to correct that.We definitely did not intend to place anybody under the wrong impression. Sending off a different colour deck wouldn't benefit us in anyway whatsoever.

With all that being said we do apologise for what has happened and shall gladly refund you.We will send our courier through to pickup the package at your convenience.
