Smoked Chicken.
Checked it at an hour and a half. Still need a bit longer. Then at 2 hours it was perfect and the electricity came back on so browned it a little under the grill.
Smoking Dust was Cadac Brandied Oak. I prefer a mild smoke so not to much dust.
