As a retailer who has worked her butt off to establish an online business - jumping through ridiculous hoops and cost to build a reputable business - this type of thing honestly pi$$es me off.
It takes one idjit like this to give the rest of us a bad rep.

Thanx, is it a trusted supplier? And what is their shipping costs and time? Any custom fees?

ive been buying from them pretty much since i started vaping, and havent had a single bad experience- in terms of receiving broken stuff or not receiving items altogether.

the only gripe with them is you wait pappa, for your own peace of mind, when ordering from them expect the items in a month.

as for deliveries, orders over a certain amount qualify for free shipping, otherwise it costs like next to nothing to ship

I reckon he's spent the 4.5k on cheap whores and crack.... or he might be in Durban, cos that's about as far as you're going to get with 4.5k

Hi All,

My name is Shane from Vapes. I would like to point out, we are not dropshippers and carry stock for all our products (Except bulk orders may require 1-2 week lead time, as clearly stated on the site, this is so that we can combine your products with our next order from our supplier.

There was some confusion with this order as the afrikaans speaking gentleman who was calling me threatening to call the police, was not the original person who had placed the order, and his pronounciation of the name on the account caused me to believe that I was dealing with another customer who had placed a bulk order with us last week and was sent off today (Hence the SAPO tracking number)

There was a delay with Bjorns order, aswe had just ordered new stock a few days prior, to save time, we decided we would send the bulk order directly from our supplier to Bjorn. At first the stock was sent with DHL but was returned to the shipping agent due to an error on our part with the address, we notified Bjorn of the delay and said that it would be a few more days until we would have a new tracking number for him, after telling the gentleman that we had already sent the order and would send the tracking number ASAP, he wanted nothing to do with this and was demanding a refund, and letting me know that a "Sargeant Coetzee" would be calling me if I didn't send tracking in 5 minutes and that I should refund him immediately, even after letting him know that the order was reshipped. (which was not possible, I was driving at the time), the gentleman was rude and unreasonable with his demands and I will stick by my guns, we have many satisfied customers and if you plan on placing a bulk order, be prepared to wait 1-2 weeks and on the rare occassion like this one, were we made a mistake, it can take up to 3 weeks.

The parcel was then sent with TNT and we provided tracking today, we will also pay any customs duties if necessary.

2 weeks ago u said my package will arrive within 3-5 working days, each day u said something different, then u said it was shipped and will sent tracking number asap, next day u say its not been shipped yet and will get tracking number in the afternoon, waited a few days and u said again its been shipped and will get tracking number asap, then the weekend went past and u say u havent sent it yet and will do so asap,then u say u have 2 days power outage and cant send me the tracking number because of that, then again u say its not been shipped and will do so asap. I lost count of how many times u said asap and changed the story from been sent, to not been sent yet. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. And today i get two different tracking numbers, one shows its not a valid tracking number, other one shows its been shipped today from hong kong, and shows: "Dangerous Goods Discrepancy. Follow Up Actions Underway." Of course im concerned that I may be losing R4500 because this whole situation is scetchy
 
I vote to remove this "supplier" from this forum..

The reason for the confusion was everytime "Pieter" called me I thought I was dealing with a different customers order, if you go by our messages on Whatsapp you will see a different story.

Sorry about the confusion. There was a delay with your order, which has now been dispatched, you will receive your goods.

Pieter is my dad, each time he called you he clearly said, pieter from bloemfontein bjorn's dad.
When he called u, u said u will sent tracking number asap and he said we will be waiting on whatsapp for it,and u said its fine,we waited and waited and u just dont send anything.
