Are you making your own juices?
Or buying commercial juices?

I'm also curious to know how you keep the costs down if you are buying commercial juice?

Please answer the poll question and feel free to add your extra comments below.

I am curious to find out what most are doing.

I buy commercial juices - no DIY for me.

But to keep the costs down and make it more flexible, I dilute them with PG/VG/Nic
And I add menthol

Diluting them makes them last longer. Many juices are highly flavoured anyway, so diluting them is no problem, flavourwise.
Then I am able to nic up or down as I need.
Plus I add menthol to make it pop. I find it gives more of a kick on the throat hit too, which I crave.

Freebase for me.

I always have two tobaccoes and a fruity menthol in rotation - 3 devices.
One tobacco is milder (for more mindless vaping), the other has strong throat hit, which I toot on occasionally.
Then the fruity menthol to break it up and reset things.

That's all I need.
Very economical.

Probably about R3 to R5k per year!

But that's because I'm not trying new juices, I'm happy with the ones I like most.

If buying One Shots and mixing VG PG and Nicotine qualifies as mixing your own yes. Luckily the One Shot I mix is my All Day and Every Day Vape and I'm very content with my setups and juices. Let me know if I qualify to tick Mix My Own.

Maybe my poll was not well worded or explained.

If one buys a commercial one shot and adds Nic - that's not DIY in my book.
By DIY, I mean mixing your own flavours and making the flavour blend of the juice.

Maybe I need to make another poll at some point ;-)

I changed my vote. Although in my instance I don't buy a kit. I measure by weight the PG/VG and nicotine.

I'm with @Stew. I get a one shot, but buy bulk VG, PG and Nic. Then mix large batches at a time (500ml - 1L). So not like a single bottle long fill style. Cheaper than commericial, but not quite as cheap as full DIY. Also not buying the expensive one shots either. Local stuff with simple flavours in 30ml one shot bottles. Usually get ones rnaging from 8% to 15% concentrate mix ratios. Mixing by weight is the only way to go.

@Silver, without an option like ours in your poll, I think it would be hard to guage, as you are going from one extreme to the other, there always need to have the gray area and not only black or white, if you want a true survey with good results.
