Well with the new laws are there still places I can purchase the 70VG/30PG without Nic? I just hate having to mix every last component and would sooner just be able to get this and add the needed nic as required.

@CJB85 I did not want to order a huge amount on the flavors straight off as I still need to play around and see what I like. Once I have my flavors sorted then I will look at ordering a larger amount at a time.
