This has been forced on us by a handful of scamsters in a town that shall remain nameless. 99.99% of our customers are great, honest people that enabled us to satisfy the odd complaint without question, but we cannot allow a few low-lifes to take advantage of this open approach.

Delivery & Returns
On delivery please check all items for completeness, physical damage or leakage BEFORE accepting and signing for the parcel. Should any of the aforementioned have occurred during shipping please do not accept the parcel – ask the courier to return it to us. We cannot accept responsibility for the aforementioned after you have accepted delivery in good order.
For 99.99% of you nothing will change, other than having to tick the box at checkout. Any problems will be handled as before. Sorry for the inconvenience but we have to shut these @$^%$## out.
