So, I'm going to call out @Neval630 on this, I had negotiated and arranged to buy this mod from him, informed him that I had withdrawn cash and was waiting on him to arrange the meet, I assume that since another member was willing to pay full price he decided to ignore me completely, wouldn't take my calls or respond to whatsapp messages.

Thanks for wasting my time and now I sit with cash I would not have.
