Do note this is the 26650 ultron version which costs more than the normal silvanusa 18650 version BUT this also works perfectly with an 18650 with the sleeve with no rattles at all

No it hasn't . The bottom screws out of box were a bit loose and it was tightened. I purchased it from a friend who is the 1st owner of it and it was purchased at Mr and Mrs vape if I'm nt mistaken nt long ago. He didn realise they were loose untill the one fell out. If it was opened I surely would mention it .. also the marks on the SS part i did mention in condition as it's just wear n tear from carrying arnd. There are no chips or bruises or scratches or pry marks on mod or arnd the steel bits to assume it was opened
