Yes it is still available, but I wouldn't recommend it to be your first/only rebuildable.
You'll be much more comfortable with something like a Subtank mini (you can buy coils or build your own).

Research is your friend, check YouTube for the atties that have caught your eye to see if you think you can manage them. Let me know if you need help.
