Looking for Bundle East London-PE-Port Alfred

Based in EL looking for a good bundle at a low price for my brother to get off damn stinkeys.

I have PIFd him a Twisp Aero but coils keep on burning and he cannot keep on buying himself coils at R65 a pop.

I am covering him with DIY juice but we need a basic setup for him and I have nothing to spare now from my kit.

I have batteries but no extra charger.

Single cell mod and some form of RDTA or RTA is needed so i can build him some coils and teach him to wick.

I have R500 for the mod+tank and another R100 towards a charger even if it is a china single cell charger.

Does amyone in the area have anything that they can pass on at a reduced price to help a brother, my brother, beat stinkeys?
