Mod + tank for a beginner

Hi guys. Have a buddy interested in vaping. He wants to get a tank and a decent a mod for now. Nothing to wild. Kinda looking for a bargain to get him started off.

I would offer a dimitri box and tugboat with 6x3mm holes drilled but I don't think that's what you had in mind.
