One can only assume it's not just referring to pens (where a teacher may use black, blue and red) but more specifically to printer ink to make copies of the exams, etc.

They are widening almost ALL of the freeways down here. North south east and west are chaotic at best. Today I was stuck for an hour because they closed the fast lane. For fun. For absolutely no reason. It’s insane.

Spaghetti junction is getting an upgrade as well so traffic is just glorious at all times of the day!

But it’s lekker here, come say howzit!
