Hi. I placed an order for delivery which consisted of TFA concentrates. I received the correct flavours but they were all FA not TFA.

Those are all TFA concentrates, so you got what you ordered.

FA (flavor apprentice) is the same as TFA/TPA (the perfumer's apprentice) but not the same as FA (flavourArt)

If you look closely at the "FA" logo, below it says Flavour Apprentice, which is TFA

Hi. I placed an order for delivery which consisted of TFA concentrates. I received the correct flavours but they were all FA not TFA.

I was also a little confused by the Fa labels on TFA concentrates when I started DIY. As @method1 already pointed out, you got the correct concentrates, that is what the TFA label looks like.

Why u disappointed
You ordered TFA and got TFA
A quick phone call to Andrew at Valley Vape would have confirmed this

Thanks all for clearing up the confusion. Easy mistake to make for someone new to DIY ;)

OMG I'm so sorry guys!!! I'm still new to DIY. My humble apologies.
I made the exact same mistake before, I decided to take one last look to confirm before I sent the supplier I received the flavours from a message.
Then I realised the mistake was on my side :)

@drew well done on taking this one on the chin from a newby.

@Mahir as mentioned, a quick phone call or email could have avoided this. ValleyVapour is a supporting vendor and will do their best to sort out any issues.

Worryingly no PG or supporting concentrates on that order.... the best advice I never found online before my first diy foray was looking for trusted and reviewed recipes online, and THEN ordering the concentrates needed to make them up...
