I spoke to the guys at Vape Cartel and you could use the Melo 3 tank as a replacement.
They do have stock of it now as well.
Although I did neglect to ask them how much it is. It couldn't be much though.

Not sure which one of the two it is offhand. But they do have stock of both. Also only R50 for it.
