@Zuzu88 the guidelines are set out here.
Basically the box gets shipped to you, you keep it for a week (or less) and then you ship it on to the next person.

Yes they are shipped inside a cardboard box.
There has been enough in the doantion coffers to cover the plastic boxes and packaging and some of the shipping.
