you can refill the pods, its abit fiddly but once you do it once it gets easier. Probably refill like 3 times before you have to chuck the pod away.

Yeah, the new pods are very easy to refill. You can get 4 or 5 refills if you don't let them dry out and stick to unsweetened liquid
